FLOORA is a dance-fitness revolutiona series of gliding movements that utilizes bodyweight resistance and the elongating principles of dance training for total body conditioning, strength-building and proper alignment.

Wearable padding reduces friction with the floor, allowing the body to slide with increased range of motion that stretches, strengthens, lengthens, and tones.
